Terms of use
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms govern the use of Crier (the website, the dashboard and the API), a service of Twofaces Recommerce S.L.U., tax ID (CIF) B22829170, Calle Cincel 5, 03690 San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante), Spain ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The service
Crier lets you connect your social media accounts and publish and schedule content on them from a dashboard or an API. We are in early access: some features may change, grow or be withdrawn, and we will tell you about important changes.
Your account
- You must be of legal age and, if you use the service for a company, have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
- Your sign-up details must be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys safe and for everything done with them.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, write to us right away at soporte@twofacesco.com.
Connected accounts and platform rules
You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. When you publish through us you remain bound by each platform’s terms and policies, including:
- YouTube Terms of Service (by using Crier's YouTube features you agree to be bound by them)
- Meta Terms and Community Standards for Facebook, Instagram and Threads
- TikTok Terms of Service
- LinkedIn User Agreement
Platforms may change, limit or withdraw their APIs, or suspend accounts, by decisions we do not control. We will do our best to adapt, but we are not responsible for those decisions.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringes the rights of others or incites hatred or harassment.
- Send spam, create fake engagement or inauthentic behavior, or get around platform limits, reviews and rules.
- Access other people’s accounts or data without their permission.
- Attack, overload or try to access our systems without permission, or reverse engineer the service.
- Resell or give third parties access to the service without an agreement with us.
Your content
The content you publish remains yours and you are responsible for it. You allow us to store, process and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service.
Pricing
The service is prepaid: you add balance and it is used as you go, at the prices published on the pricing page. The first 2 connected accounts are free. VAT and any other applicable taxes are added to each top-up.
Balance does not expire. It is not refunded, except where the law requires it. If you turn on automatic recharge, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method the amount you choose whenever the balance falls below the threshold you set, up to the monthly maximum you set; you can turn it off at any time.
With the balance used up, accounts from the third onwards and X accounts are on hold until you top up. During early access we may offer special conditions.
Availability, suspension and closing your account
We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, such as platform outages.
You can stop using Crier and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or a platform’s rules, telling you first unless the law or security prevents it.
Intellectual property
The software, the Crier brand and the website are ours. These terms do not give you any rights over them other than using the service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of profits, data or opportunities, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or €100 if you have not paid anything. Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights the law grants to consumers.
Privacy
We process your data as described in the Privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms we will give you at least 15 days’ notice. Last updated: 24 October 2026.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Alicante (Spain) have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your place of residence do. Contact: soporte@twofacesco.com.
